The Account Setup Specialist is responsible for accurately setting up and maintaining client accounts within our software. This role involves uploading CSV files provided by clients, configuring account settings, and ensuring data is properly integrated. While the position is primarily technical and computer-based, it does require occasional communication with clients and vendors to clarify account setup details or resolve integration questions.
This is not a customer service or sales role—it is a detail-oriented position requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple systems, and a focus on accuracy. The ideal candidate is reliable, looking for a long-term home and career, and comfortable working independently on data-related tasks while troubleshooting setup issues as needed. This is a full-time, in-office role that requires sitting at a desk for an 8-hour workday.
