As a Jr. Account Executive at TECOBI, you will support the sales process, assist in client onboarding, and work alongside senior team members to drive sales growth and ensure client success. This is a growth-focused position designed to help you develop into a full Account Executive over time. You will actively generate leads, follow up with in-house opportunities, and leverage social media to build your personal brand and attract potential clients. Once deals are secured, you will help with client onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful transition onto the TECOBI platform.
This role is ideal for a motivated, money-driven self-starter eager to learn the ins and outs of automotive technology sales, client relationship management, and AI-driven communication solutions.
• Proactively generate leads through social media engagement (minimum 10 posts per day), networking, and following up with inbound leads.
• Build and maintain a strong personal brand across social platforms to attract potential clients.
• Cold Calling: Regularly make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing TECOBI’s solutions, identifying opportunities, and setting up follow-up conversations or demos.
• Assist Sr. Account Executives in closing deals by preparing client information, gathering insights, and participating in sales calls as needed.
• Follow up with prospective clients to schedule demos and collect necessary information.
• Help set up new clients on the TECOBI platform, ensuring:
• Leads are properly connected.
• Users are set up correctly.
• DMS and other integrations are functioning.
• Serve as a primary point of contact during the initial onboarding period, ensuring clients have the guidance and support needed to succeed.
• Regularly check in with newly onboarded clients to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Work to build strong relationships to encourage future referrals and client retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams including training, support, and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Communicate feedback from clients to help improve processes and features.
