TECOBI is seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Text Ninja. This is an IN OFFICE position. In this role, you will use our proprietary software to engage potential buyers via text in our software and create appointments for automotive dealerships. This position involves managing leads through text messages and delivering exceptional customer service.

If you're comfortable speaking on the phone and have strong customer service skills, there may be opportunities for additional roles and growth within the company!

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and work as scheduled each day.
• Access the live text feed and respond to potential buyer inquiries for dealership clients.
• Understand client needs and communicate accordingly with potential customers.
• Identify and address objections to help guide leads toward scheduling appointments.
• Set appointments in TECOBI on behalf of dealer clients.
• Proficiently use GMAIL, Google Chat, Google Drive, and ADP to stay organized and perform necessary tasks.
• Regularly participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfortable with phone conversations and customer service (additional opportunities for growth available based on phone comfort and skills).
• Previous experience in customer service or appointment setting is a plus.
• Basic car knowledge (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
