About the Role:

TECOBI is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Text Ninja. In this role, you’ll communicate with potential automotive buyers through text using our proprietary software and help schedule appointments for car dealerships. Because you’ll be representing dealerships through written communication, professional grammar, spelling, and punctuation are essential to ensure a polished and credible experience for customers. 

Please Note: This is a full-time, in-office only position. Remote work is not available. 

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to type 45+ words per minute
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
• A reliable, professional, and customer-first attitude

Preferred (Not Required):

• 6+ months of online customer support/chat experience
• General knowledge of cars and / or the auto industry

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability is a must — shifts may include Saturdays or Sundays
• Night shifts may be required based on business needs

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and remain engaged during your full-shift
• Monitor and respond to customer inquires in real-time through TECOBI's text platform
• Represent automotive dealerships professionally through written communication
• Guide potential customers by answering questions, handling objections, and encouraging appointment bookings
• Accurately schedule and manager appointments within the TECOBI system
• Utilize Gmail, Google Drive, and ADP to stay organized and complete tasks
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team
